
Education
Laura LUYCKX holds a degree in nursing, with a specialisation in emergency medical assistance and intensive care since 2018 (UZ Leuven). Driven by legal issues related to the medical field, she subsequently pursued legal studies and obtained her law degree in 2023.
During her academic career, she also obtained a certificate in insurance law in 2023 (UCL Louvain), before completing her education with a postgraduate degree in health law and ethics in 2025 (University of Antwerp).
Career
Laura LUYCKX worked as a nurse for four years in the emergency department of a university hospital, combining her professional activity with her law studies.
In October 2021, she was admitted to the French-speaking Bar of Brussels. She began her legal career in a law firm specialising in liability law, insurance law and personal injury, where she practised for two years.
In December 2025, she joined the law firm of Paul Muylaert.
She handles cases in French and Dutch.
