Education
Véronique DELINCE graduated with a degree in law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2011. Her degree includes studying Law at the University of Ghent as part of the Erasmus Belgica program and completing an internship with Judge Anne Gruwez. Véronique was a contributing editor of Novelles, the Law Faculty’s journal, and a member of the Law Faculty’s Student Office committee which drafted course notes.
Career
Véronique DELINCE was called to the French Brussels Bar in October 2011.
In 2014 Véronique joined the Paul MUYLAERT law office. Her main practice is now civil liability law (medical liability, sports liability, professional liability, road traffic liability, etc.) and personal injury assessment. She defends individuals and companies in all types of proceedings (civil, criminal and disciplinary). Prior to joining Paul MUYLAERT’s Law Office, Véronique worked at a general law firm, which gave her a solid foundation in various areas of law.
In 2020, she taught medical law to podiatry students at the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles Ilya Prigogine.
Véronique is representing the Paul Muylaert law office in the international Insuralex network since 2018 and actively participates in many international meetings on insurance law.
Véronique is fluent in French and English. She handles cases in both languages.
